CERTIFICATIONS, because we have gotten all the possible certifications for the various electromagnetic compatibilities
(CE, EMC, IEC, IECEE) inherent to the coffee machines released from the TÜV Rheinland Germany,
with its decentralized center in Shanghai.
Our Chinese firm has gotten besides the GS mark for the production of the coffee machines that certifies
the goodness and the quality of our production, respecting the most severe measures and normative.
All our products enjoy of ETL certification for the USA market, besides the CSA certification for Canada.

SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT. Our coffee machines are been tested by the Chinese Corporation for the safety of the product (Inspection Bureau of People Republic Lowered), where they have overcome the most severe tests in safety fact.
Besides all the parts in plastics of the coffee machines are produced with fire-proof 765A CHIMEI ABS, produced by
one of the greatest firms leader of plastic polymers with center in TAIWAN, denominated CHIMEI Corporation LTD.:
as well you can see that we don't leave anything to the case.

RELIABILITY. Every model of our coffee machines is tested for about one year before being introduced on the market,
with continued improvements up to reach an undisputed reliability where we don't fear comparisons.

FOOD GRADE AND UNALLERGIC COMPATIBILITY: we are very proud about this point, we don't fear comparisons with anybody. We enjoy on the relaxation of the certifications related to food grade and unallergic compatibility, certifications released by the German TÜV on the normative EN 1186ff
and its following changes about the certification PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).

The materials used (for example the varnishes) respect all the untoxicity characteristics required by
the most severe European and International Directives.

All the products satisfie the prescriptions related to the safety estabilished by RoHS and PAHs:
there are not present substances banished by RoHS like
lead, mercury, nickel, cadmium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) & polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE).
The PAHS mark (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) certifies that all the pipes and components in plastics
do not contain aromatic oils and therefore they are not carcinogenic.

All the components are analyzed and certified, as shown in the technical manual released for every model of coffee machine.
All components of every coffee machine are tested and checked in laboratory, as declared and shown in the detail
on the technical brochure released for every instrument.

The qualitative procedures depart from the materials, which are tested, controlled and certified
with the help of the TÜV Rheinland, important German Certification Organismus recognized wherever and all over the world, with its decentralized center in Shanghai.

Every model of coffee machine is equipped by a proper technical issue.
Exploded views and spare parts lists are available for technical consultations and
to satisfy spare parts requests in a very quick time.
We have a furnished spare parts warehouse.

The components are rigorously "Made in Italy":
we use only Ulka Pumps (vibration EP-4 and glow-wire EP-4 Ulka pumps for our capsules coffee machines and
vibration EP-5 pumps for our pods coffee machines) and Campini Corel temperature thermostats.

Besides we have got the "German food-, Commodities and Animal Feed Code of Law" LFGB certification
(Lebensmittel, Bedarfsgegenstanede und Futtermittelgesetzbuch), EC N.1935/2004 normative:
all our heat exchanges (aluminium - and solid brass food grade haet exchangers)
are exempt from lead and don't release toxic substances.
All the plastics and gaskets in contact with coffee or water don't release toxic substances.
Our paints are not irritating with the skin and they are absolutely harmless to the contact.
